§02 Who we are

A small shop in Chicago.
Obsessed with thermals.

We started Bottomline Thermals in 2018 out of a stubborn love for PCs — and a frustration with how hot, loud, and short-lived the off-the-shelf ones were. So we built better ones. Then people asked to buy them.

Every build is owned by a single assigned builder, start to finish — the same person who pulls the parts is the one who tunes the thermals and signs off on ship. If they ever move on, another teammate here takes it on personally. Your PC never becomes someone's problem.

Thermals first
Every build is tuned on a thermal bench before it ships. Target: under 80° C under full load, full stop.

24 hours on the bench
Cinebench + Furmark loop for a full day. If it wobbles, it goes back on the bench — it doesn't go in the box.

One builder, start to finish
Your build is assigned to a single person here who sees it through every stage — and stays your point of contact long after it ships. If they ever move on, another teammate here personally picks it up.
