Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your gaming PC purchase from Bottomline Thermals PCs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions listed on our refund policy page. The following conditions apply:
- The gaming PC must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- The gaming PC must not have been used or modified in any way.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the gaming PC. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the above criteria or if it is deemed to be fraudulent. In the event that a refund is granted, it will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Affirm Refunds: If you used Affirm to pay for your gaming PC purchase, your refund will be processed by Affirm within 3-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 10 business days after Affirm processes your refund for it to reflect on your bank account.
