Your order

Bottomline Thermals serves the U.S. market. These terms apply to purchases from Bottomline Thermals LTD. and use of blthermals.com. Review them with your order details, our return policy, our limited warranty, and any written warranty or special terms supplied before payment. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you order for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Contact us promptly about an error in your order or address.

The PC, options, and price you review before payment, or your accepted written quote, make up your agreed order. Your order confirmation and receipt confirm that order and may summarize its details. A quote you accepted, or another agreement we make specifically for your order, controls over a conflicting general term. No term removes a right that applicable law protects.

Prices and part changes

Review the final order total, including any tax and separately charged delivery services, before authorizing payment. A price displayed for a different configuration or an expired quote does not change your agreed order.

If we find a pricing, specification, or availability error, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or make a material part substitution without your agreement. A proposed change must explain any effect on price, performance, appearance, or shipment timing. If we cannot fulfill the agreed order, we will cancel it and promptly refund the amounts paid for the unfulfilled order as required by law.

Product images may show optional components; the specifications agreed for your order identify what you are buying. Performance estimates depend on the configuration, software, settings, and workload. They are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a particular result; this does not change the specifications or other express promises we make for your PC.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our shipping and offer terms explain shipping coverage, build timing, delays, and promotional eligibility. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, you have the delay-consent and cancellation rights described there. A supplier shortage does not remove those rights.

Standard and configurator PCs, including a preconfigured PC you edit before ordering, have a voluntary return window of 30 days after delivery, subject to the return requirements. A bespoke order, meaning a one-of-one build planned with us through a custom-build request and a written quote, may be excluded only if that exclusion is clearly disclosed and agreed before payment. Defect, warranty, and other legal remedies remain separate.

We bear the risk of loss or damage until the carrier delivers your PC to your delivery address. Contact us before sending a PC back so we can confirm the destination and safe packing instructions. Report delivery problems promptly; a request to report transit damage within seven days helps preserve evidence and does not cut off warranty or legal rights.

Warranty service and your data

Our PCs, including a preconfigured PC you edit before ordering, include our two-year limited warranty on parts and labor. Contact support@blthermals.com for help and service instructions. Customers pay shipping for covered warranty service except where applicable law requires us to pay or provide another remedy. Existing purchases retain the warranty and other promises made when purchased.

We may coordinate a component manufacturer's claim as part of service, but remain responsible for the coverage we promised. A manufacturer's separate warranty does not replace Bottomline's obligations or your legal rights.

Before service, back up files and, where practical, remove personal information, sign out of accounts, and remove accessories unrelated to the repair. Tell us if a fault prevents those steps. Do not send passwords or recovery codes. Diagnosis or repair may require reinstalling software, erasing a drive, or replacing storage; keep a separate backup. Data recovery is not included in parts-and-labor service unless we separately agree to provide it.

Opening a case, adding an upgrade, or using an independent repairer does not by itself void warranty coverage. Damage caused by misuse, an incompatible modification, or an improper repair may fall outside coverage; an unrelated covered defect remains covered. A configuration you choose or edit before ordering is not a modification. We will explain any proposed charge for work outside coverage and obtain your agreement before doing that work.

Using the site and your PC

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or other customers, submit fraudulent orders, or upload malicious material. We may restrict abusive use to protect the service; doing so does not cancel obligations we owe for an existing order. Using the site is also covered by the measurement notice at the top of this page.

Buying a PC does not transfer ownership of our site content or third-party software. Software and digital games are subject to their applicable license terms. Follow component safety instructions and keep ventilation clear. Obtain advice before using a PC in a safety-critical application.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent applicable law permits, Bottomline Thermals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or lost data. Subject to the exceptions below, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.

These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, damage to other property caused by a defective product, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. They do not reduce required refunds, warranty performance, remedies when a limited remedy fails its essential purpose, or other nonwaivable consumer rights. We do not disclaim implied warranties that the law prohibits us from disclaiming.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Email support@blthermals.com with your order number and the issue so we can try to resolve it. This contact process does not replace any notice requirements or restrict rights available under applicable law.

Illinois law governs these terms except where another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protections apply. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial or class-action right, or prevent you from contacting a regulator or using an available court.

Changes apply prospectively. Updating this page does not take away benefits or rights already agreed for an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
